We help governments swap paper queues, cash boxes and ghost names for systems that are transparent, traceable and a joy to use — so public money reaches the public, and young Africans can build on top of it.

FROM OUR PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Every project we deliver makes the same trade: paper, queues and guesswork out — identity, ledgers and real-time visibility in.
Three flagship engagements with public institutions in West Africa. We can't name our clients — but we can show you what changed.
A national agency that places tens of thousands of graduates into one-year service was bleeding money: unrestricted database access, headquarters overrides, and contractor edits let ghost names slip onto the payroll for years.
We rebuilt the pipeline end-to-end: institutions upload graduate lists through nominated, biometrically verified representatives; postings run through an algorithm; and every person is paid into a secure digital wallet only after a monthly, approved digital duty report confirms they actually served.
Cash-based points of service meant queues for citizens and leakage for the treasury — by the government's own estimate, most cash collected at manual service points never arrived.
Our answer: one cloud platform connecting every agency's services to mobile money, bank cards, wallets and agents, settling into treasury accounts, with every transaction visible to leadership in real time. No upfront cost to government — the platform earns a small fee only on successful transactions.
Audits at a national tax authority crawled through five stages — a single notification step averaged 18 months — and ended too often in disputes and court. Face-to-face audits also created room for bribery.
We designed an AI transformer trained on the country's tax laws. Businesses upload audited accounts to a portal; the AI cross-checks them against customs, tax, payments and registry records and drafts a provisional report; human officers review and approve. Businesses can even initiate their own audit.
Illustrative numbers, grounded in our project experience and government estimates we've worked with. The shape of the story is the same everywhere: visibility goes up, leakage goes down, service speeds up.

With biometric ID at every door — enrolment, approval, duty reports, payment — the maths gets simple.
DESIGN TARGET OF OUR PAYROLL ARCHITECTURE: NO WALLET WITHOUT A NATIONAL-ID MATCH.
Digital rails don't just plug leaks — they become infrastructure that fintechs, startups and young builders create jobs on top of.
THE THESIS: PUBLIC DIGITAL RAILS → PRIVATE INNOVATION → BROAD PROSPERITY.
Africa is the youngest continent on Earth. Its phones already outnumber its bank branches by orders of magnitude. The missing piece is public institutions that can keep up — and we believe that piece is buildable, fast.
Every cedi, naira or leone that stops leaking from cash boxes and ghost payrolls is a cedi for classrooms, clinics and roads — without raising a single new tax.
When approvals are biometric and ledgers are immutable, corruption stops being a rumour to argue about and becomes a log line you can check. Trust in institutions follows.
Digital ID, payments and government APIs are public infrastructure. Once they exist, Africa's developers and entrepreneurs build the next million businesses on top of them.
A farmer should renew a licence, pay a fee or check a posting from her phone — not lose a day's income in a queue. Service delivery is dignity, delivered digitally.
We've turned this into a repeatable playbook. Low risk for governments: minimal upfront cost, and where it fits, we only earn when transactions succeed.
We sit with your teams, walk the service journey, and find exactly where money, time and trust leak out.
Identity-first architecture: national-ID biometrics, bank-grade ledgers, open APIs your other agencies can plug into.
We launch with selected services, measure everything in real time, and iterate with your staff and citizens.
Go-live across the institution, dashboards for leadership, and full ownership and control kept where it belongs: with you.
Whether you run a ministry, an agency or a revenue authority — if paper, cash or ghosts are slowing you down, we'd love to show you what's possible.
